Reporting Issues:

"Duplicate event reports and / or reports determined to be false are removed from VAERS"

The ID is compromised with the removal of records. All records should be accountable and if any record is duplicated or false, there should be fields to record the error or duplicate ID, in this way there is a transparency with data.
